Counselling
Offering face to face individual sessions, where the therapist will use talking based therapies to support you.

Play Based Therapy
We have the opportunity for play based therapy for younger children. This adds another easily communicative element to the therapy and safe expression of what might be happening for the child and how to best support them. We would also use this for Caregivers and Infant therapy, supporting attachment at developmentally appropriate stages.

School Consultations
We offer one-to-one consultations with schools, to best support them and the children/young people they have within their setting. We consult, and tailor responses to the best needs of the child. This could include observations, working one to one with a child in the school setting, training staff or writing letter of recommendations and referrals.

Individual and Group
We provide both individual and group sessions. Group sessions will be based upon referrals.

Art Psychotherapy
An opportunity to use creative materials to delve deeper into the difficulties you are experiencing, and use it as a third language in your communication with the therapist.

EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing
Offering EMDR for adults or 16+. Suggested for PTSD, Anxiety, Phobias and Grief.

Supervision
Offering face to face and online supervision for helping professionals and trainees working with children and young people.

Parent Support/Consultations
We offer consultations with Caregivers and with adults and young people. This empowers individuals an element of control and supports them in knowing strategies, or best place work to do, either for themselves or for their child. This can include using assessments, forms, and conversation around what might be happening for that person and how best to support them.

Short or Long Term Therapy
We offer both shorter and longer term therapy as which will be the best for you as an individual.

Primary caregiver/Initial Appointments
We like to introduce the therapeutic space and build rapport with individuals we see. Alongside this we give voice to individuals to share what might be going on for them. And sometimes we can use a variety of evidence based assessments to best support the individual.

Training
We offer training to education staff in the areas of Attachment and Trauma-Informed Practice. This is tailored to the schools individual needs, the complexities being seen nationwide. It is specific to the school needs and takes into account staff, students, child development and also SEND needs.
